12 – Bob Christian

“God is the master of turning the impossible into the possible!”

Bob Christian, 11 year NFL veteran, playing for the Chicago Bears, Carolina Panthers, and Atlanta Falcons. He was taken in the 12th round of the 1991 NFL Draft by the Atlanta Falcons after earning a degree in Engineering from Northwestern University. A career highlighted by 2,879 yards and 19 touchdowns rushing and receiving, including the first touchdown in Carolina Panthers history. He was named the Sports Illustrated Fullback of the year in 1998, that season he paved the way for Jamal Anderson the league’s leading rusher, en route to Super Bowl 33.

On this episode, Bob shares his story of being nearly out of the NFL to the Super Bowl. His story of patience, hard work, and trust in God is encouraging to even the most mild of sports fans.
