July 1-3: Engage Tulsa (6th-12th grade) FREE / Led by Allen Hood and Nikki Scott
We will be partnering with John 3:16 in downtown Tulsa and helping them in their day camp. We will be leading a VBS-type afternoon for around 100 kids!! This will take up most of the day on Monday-Wednesday. We will meet at the church each morning and ride together to John 3:16 and then return to the church each afternoon. Lunch will be included and provided by John 3:16 as we eat lunch with the kids.

MEET OUR STUDENT STAFF
Pastor of Student Ministries Allen has been pastoring our teens since 2012. A preacher’s kid himself, Allen hails from Birmingham, Alabama; but his connection to Rejoice came when he met his future wife Jordan, a life-long Rejoice attender, on a missions trip they both just happened to attend. One thing led to another, and now he is the youth pastor at his wife’s home church. Allen loves spending time with students and feels the most rewarding part of his job is when they trust him enough to seek his advice and direction. Allen has an Engineering degree from the University of Alabama-Birmingham and still enjoys building things in his spare time. As an Alabama boy, he can be recognized around town by Alabama Crimson Tide decals all over his pickup truck and the remarkable amount of crimson colored apparel he has in his closet. He and Jordan have two children, Tripp and Ella. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
